Is This a Good Time to Buy a Home?

Ultimately the answer depends upon why you want to buy a home.   It is always a smart investment to buy a home and live in it for a long time.  Why?   For the simple reason that prices always seem to rise over long periods of time, and you get to choose when you want to sell.   Furthermore, today's home prices are the lowest they've been in years, and people with solid credit and a good down payment don't have any problem buying property.  So yes, it's a great time to buy a home, and it's a fantastic time to pick up an amazing deal.

Is it Time to Sell Your Home?

My job is to make the home-selling process as smooth as possible.   It's pretty easy, really.  Just price the house right, then make it presentable, and a buyer will arrive shortly.   If the price is too low, then it'll get snapped up quickly, but we'll have left money on the table.  If it's priced too high, then it'll sit on the market, and we'll eventually have to drop the price anyway.  Don't worry - I'm pretty good at picking the right price.  Let's get the ball rolling by seeing the price you can expect to get for your home, and then I can guide you through the selling process.

Short Sales and Avoiding Foreclosure

If you're facing foreclosure, or you've decided to sell your home for less than you paid, then you're not alone.  Unfortunately, it's like pulling off a really big bandage:  the faster you get it over with, the less it hurts.   Waiting and hoping that the problem will go away is just a recipe for financial disaster.   I will work with your bank to find a solution that leaves everyone as happy as possible.
